Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received in acceptable condition.
If something arrived damaged or isn’t working as expected, reach out first — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
No payment information is ever stored on our systems. Card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control once a package has been handed off for delivery.
Safety
μDays is an electronic device intended for adult use. It contains a battery and low-voltage electronics. Always handle batteries properly: keep them away from children, do not short-circuit, puncture, or expose to excessive heat, and dispose of according to local regulations.
Your safety is your own responsibility. Use of the μDays hardware, firmware, custom screen files, and any associated instructions is entirely at your own risk.
Privacy
We collect as little as possible. If you use our contact form, we store the name, optional email, and message you submit so the team can read and reply to it. No account or email address is required to use the screen designer or build tool.
We do not sell, share, or transfer visitor information to third parties. Your screen designs are used only to generate your firmware file and are not used for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Limited product warranty
We warrant that μDays hardware will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days following delivery. If you receive a defective unit, contact us and we will replace or refund it at our discretion.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, improper battery installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside of the intended purpose.
