μDays Terms of Service
Please read this agreement carefully. By purchasing from or using this site you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us below.
Returning Purchased Items
We can only accept returns of units within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are refunded to the original payment method upon receipt of the item in acceptable condition.
We want to help. If something arrived damaged or isn't working as expected, reach out first and we'll do our best to make it right.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
No payment information is ever stored on our systems. Card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. For details on how Stripe handles your data, see stripe.com/privacy.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We currently ship within the US; international shipping availability may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control once a package has been handed off for delivery.
Safety
μDays is an electronic device intended for adult use. It involves a primary battery (CR123A) and low-voltage electronics. Always handle batteries properly: keep them away from children, do not short-circuit, puncture, or expose to excessive heat, and dispose of according to local regulations.
Your safety is your own responsibility. Use of the μDays hardware, firmware, custom screen files, and any associated instructions is entirely at your own risk.
Privacy
We take privacy seriously and collect as little as possible. The only information we store in your account is your username. No email address, phone number, or personal details are required or retained.
We do not sell, share, or transfer any user information to third parties. Your screen configurations are used only to generate your display file and are not used for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Limited Product Warranty
We warrant that μDays hardware will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days following delivery. If you receive a defective unit, contact us and we will replace or refund it at our discretion.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, improper battery installation, unauthorized modification, or use outside of the intended purpose.
